Who says you need a guy to be happy and fulfilled?
Human beings always want what they don't have instead of appreciating what they've got.
We always want what someone else has instead of enjoying what we have. We are always comparing our stuff to someone else's stuff. We are always thinking, "If I only had him, I would be happy."
Don't get me wrong, it's lovely to have someone in your life. It's lovely to have someone to share special moments, secrets, affection and sexy time.

Meet the Ex-Banker turned Smoothie Maker - Mrs Mary Dogun (Creative Director - MAY'S CHILLS)
By Kemi Mobuse - Thursday, April 19, 2018
How I managed to get through Six years in the University like that, is still a big mystery to me.
I started living in Lagos after school, I was determined to fatten myself up and get some curves, but I forgot, a big tummy usually comes with all that. All attempts to incorporate my school lifestyle into my new lifestyle flat tummy wise, failed miserably. The Lagos Mums around me weren't helping matters too. You see them going up and down, with flat tummies after two/three kids.
After much thought, I decided to get my own flat tummy by exercising. The first day, I tried to do some sit ups and crunches; believe me, that was also the last day I ever tried it. Hian! who invented that kinda punishment in the name of exercise?😠😠😠
It wasn't long after that, I came across tummy blasting smoothie. This to me was a welcome blessing and that is what I have used ever since.
With 95% of Nigerians especially Lagosians looking to stay young and healthy, smoothie has certainly come to stay. And made in Nigeria food brands like May's chills , are your best solutions these nutrient filled and healthy liquid Diet.
KMB was privileged to interview Mrs Mary Dokun, an ex banker and the brain behind the May's Chills brand....Now, whether you're looking for help on your road to weight loss or just want some delectable smoothie inspiration, read on, and dust off that blender.

My brand was created with the intention of restoring Made in Nigeria local snacks to its former glory....Abimbola Adeleke-Kazeem {CEO Byzlebites}
By Kemi Mobuse - Sunday, April 08, 2018
If you are familiar with Nigerians and their way
of life, then you would have become acquainted with the fact that; every Saturday
is an “owambe” day. Where every dick, tom and harry is opportuned to show off
their fashion sense of style, dancing skills, hairdo, make up and more. It’s also
the day when the couple of the day gets to show off their hosting skills, one
of which of recent includes having a dessert table filled with different types
of savory sweets, candies, chocolates and more.
This has gradually been upgraded to include palm
wine and of recent, thanks to Byzlebites events, locally made in Nigeria snacks
which were once very popular in the 90s.
KMB had a one on one chat with the creative
director behind the brand to know the inspiration behind such a unique concept
and below is the excerpt from the interview…read here…
The decision to stop drinking fizzy drinks was the inspiration behind me starting my brand - Creative Director Taé-Exotica
By Kemi Mobuse - Thursday, April 05, 2018
The first time I tasted Zobo as it is popularly called, was way back in Secondary School, over twenty something years ago 😊😝( now you know, I'm not a small girl, Hehe!)...Zobo is a refreshing drink produced from dried roselle or sorrel leaves (Hibiscus Sabdariffa).
It was brought to the boarding house by my then Roommate & Colleague, who I happened to be keeping malice with at the time. I could only watch from my top bunk, while she mixed it with sugar, pineapple, ginger and served to everyone except me. The smirking of tongues and exclamation of delight that the other girls gave, made me very upset, because I have no idea what it tastes like and it tastes delicious from their expression.
Out of annoyance, I turned my back to them and laid down on the bed, pretending to sleep, till they all left the room. They were barely out of the door, when I jumped down from the bed , flew to one of the left over cups and drank the little drop of Zobo left in it. Oh boy! it was delicious. I quickly added a a little drop of water to the cup and downed it all 😏😏😏 all the while planning how to make up with girl immediately she comes back, so I can get my own cup of Zobo. Hehe!
I have been seeing Zobo all around me since then, and I have loved every bit of it especially while pregnant.
Coming across a brand like Taé-Exotica who has taken Zobo, the Made in Nigeria healthy and afforadable drink to another level is really refreshing and the interview we had with the Creative Director is as interesting as it can get .....read below and drop a comment:
