I can't say yes or no...cos I know someone who did without the bf's knowledge. Her reasons, she wasn't ready yet...but few months later she told him cos of guilty conscience..and he flared up..it kinda ended their relationship cos he believed that the baby wasn't his da was y she terminated it...

It's better to forever keep quiet or tell before the deed...some guys can't deal
